AT&T Priority Presale Access allows eligible AT&T wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse, and AT&T Internet customers to skip to the front of the line and get early access to purchase tickets to some of the biggest concerts this year with Live Nation. Restrictions apply.

Who is eligible for the offer?

This offer is available to eligible AT&T postpaid wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse and AT&T Internet customers. Customers can check eligibility by going to att.com/frontoftheline.

FAQs

Q: How do I get a presale code?

  • Visit att.com/frontoftheline
  • Select AT&T Wireless Number or AT&T TV/Internet Account
  • Enter the appropriate login credentials and continue to follow the prompts

Q: How many presale tickets can I buy?

  • For each priority presale ticket offer, eligible customers who have a valid presale code can buy up to six (6) tickets per account, while supplies last. Tickets available on first-come, first-serve basis.

Q: Where do I enter my code to unlock the AT&T Priority Presale?

  • Via the Live Nation® or Ticketmaster® website or apps:
  • Enter your presale code in the “Password”, “Promo Code” or “Offer Code” field, whichever is applicable for the AT&T Priority Presale event.

Q: Can I use my presale code for any AT&T Priority Presale offer?

  • Presale codes expire when the priority presale ends or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. 

Q: My presale code is not working, what should I do?

  • Wireless customers:
    • Confirm that you are using your 10 character presale code, not your 4 digit PIN.
  • All customers:
    • Codes are case sensitive. Reconfirm you are typing your code in as you see it.
    • Double-check your code and try again. If you feel you are locked out in error, please call Fan Support at (800) 653-8000 during the following hours (local time): Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM; Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM or Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM and provide your unique code and the presale event you are attempting to unlock.
  • Your presale code is only good toward a maximum of six (6) tickets for the artist/band priority presale ticket offer while supplies last during the specified presale window.
