Q: What is AT&T Priority Presale?

     • AT&T Priority Presale allows eligible AT&T wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse, and AT&T Internet customers to purchase tickets, when using a code issued in the AT&T THANKS app, for a specific concert(s) before tickets are made available to the general public.

     • The duration of a presale is 1-5 days, but varies.

Q: Am I eligible?

  • Offers are available to eligible AT&T postpaid wireless, DIRECTV, U-verse and AT&T Internet customers. Customers can check eligibility by going to att.com/attthanks .

Q: How do I get a code to purchase tickets?

     • Visit the AT&T THANKS app

     • Enter the appropriate login credentials and continue to follow the prompts.

Q: How many presale tickets can I buy?

     • Ticket limits vary per ticket/event offer and venue.

Q: Where do I enter my code to unlock access to AT&T Priority Presale tickets?

     • Via the Live Nation® or Ticketmaster® website or apps.

     • Enter your presale code in the “Password”, “Promo Code” or “Offer Code” field, whichever is applicable for the AT&T Priority Presale offer/event.

     • Some venues require customers to include an additional code with their “Presale” code. Please read the details carefully.

Q: Can I use my presale code for any AT&T Priority Presale offer?

     • Codes expire when the ticket/event offer ends or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Q: My presale code is not working, what should I do?

     • Codes are case sensitive. Reconfirm you are typing your code in as you see it.

     • Double-check your code and try again. If you feel you are locked out in error, please call Fan Support at (800) 653-8000 during the following hours (local time): Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM; Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM or Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM and provide your unique code and the presale event you are attempting to unlock.

Q: My code has expired, what do I do?

     • Codes expire when the event/ticket offer ends or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Q: I lost or forgot my presale code, what do I do?

     • If a presale code is forgotten or lost, customers can locate the presale code in the Priority Presale tab in the AT&T THANKS app.

Q: The concert I purchased tickets to was cancelled, what do I do?

     • Please contact the ticket company you purchased tickets from for a refund.

Q: The concert I purchased tickets for is being rescheduled, what do I do?

     • Please contact the ticket company you purchased tickets from for details.
